Cancelation Policy
In the event that hazardous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances cause an event to become canceled, the original ticket holder will be allowed to attend the event’s rescheduled date. This policy does not apply if the event is shortened by sanctioning body or is delayed and then continues in the same day. Resale tickets or tickets purchased through a different ticket provider are not eligible for this policy.
Should the event proceed as scheduled, unimpacted from unforeseen circumstance, no refunds will be given to ticket holders as all sales are final.
NOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER
This ticket is a revocable license that may be revoked causing admission to be refused at the sole discretion of The Ridge Motorsports Park. The ticket holder (“Holder”) assumes all risk, danger and injury incidental to the event, including exhibitions, practices, competitions, entertainment and promotions associated there with, at all locations in and around the raceway and surrounding areas and parking lots, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event, and agrees that no persons or entities (including but not limited to Performance Motorsports Management, Inc., dba The Ridge Motorsports Park, The Ridge Motorsport Group LLC and all its affiliates, Krave Group, LLC, d/b/a MotoAmerica at The Ridge Motorsports Park, All Owners, Directors, Members, Officials, Employees, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and any person or organization engaged in operating, managing, sanctioning, or sponsoring the event, including any medical personnel, respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries) are liable for any injuries, death, or loss of property in relation to such causes and releases and holds harmless all such persons and entities, even if caused by their negligence. The use of abusive language, interference with or disruption of the event, entry into restricted areas, and drunken or disorderly behavior, among other things, are prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection, civil penalties, and/or arrest. Ticket Holder agrees to grant Krave Group, LLC, d/b/a MotoAmerica, and its respective assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the irrevocable permission to use his or her image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms of media now known or hereafter created, for all purposes, including any live or recorded video display, broadcast or other transmission, reproduction or depiction, or any other commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein. The Ridge Motorsports Park owns the rights to all images, sounds, information and data from this event. Holder shall not sell, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, recorded transmission, video recording or other reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. By tendering this ticket and by seeking entry into the event area, you hereby consent to any searches of you or your property and waive any right to claims that you might have against the Releasees. Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of all the above terms.
