CANCELATION POLICY
In the event that hazardous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances cause the ticketed event to become canceled, the original ticket holder will be allowed to attend the event’s rescheduled date. This policy does not apply if the event is shortened, is delayed and then continues in the same day, or if an advertised artist is replaced or does not perform due to unforeseen circumstances. The Ridge Motorsports Park reserves the right to change the location, date and/or start time of the event shown on the front of this ticket, and no such change shall entitle holder to a refund of the purchase price for this ticket. Resale tickets or tickets purchased through a different ticket provider are not eligible for this policy.

NOTICE TO TICKET HOLDER
This ticket is a revocable license that may be revoked causing admission to be refused at the sole discretion of The Ridge Motorsports Park. The ticket holder (“Holder”) assumes all risk, danger and injury incidental to the event, including exhibitions, practices, competitions, entertainment and promotions associated there with, at all locations in and around the raceway, the venue, and surrounding areas and parking lots, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the event, and agrees that no persons or entities (including but not limited to Performance Motorsports Management, Inc., dba The Ridge Motorsports Park, The Ridge Motorsport Group LLC and all its affiliates, Krave Group, LLC, d/b/a MotoAmerica at The Ridge Motorsports Park, All Owners, Directors, Members, Officials, Employees, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and any person or organization engaged in operating, managing, sanctioning, or sponsoring the event, including any medical personnel, respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, 1452133 B.C. LTD, Cameron Whitcomb, TRISTAR PRODUCTION GROUP, Clear Creek Productions LLC, Walker Montgomery, CREATIVE ARTISTS AGENCY LLC, SPARKY SKY TOURING LLC, Avery Anna, PRODUCER, COMPANY, individual performing members of Artist, Artists, and their respective Agents, contractors, employees, licensees, designees, managers, accountants, attorneys, representatives, principals, officers, directors) are liable for any injuries, death, or loss of property in relation to such causes and releases and holds harmless all such persons and entities, even if caused by their negligence. The use of abusive language, interference with or disruption of the event, entry into restricted areas, and drunken or disorderly behavior, among other things, are prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection, civil penalties, and/or arrest. Ticket Holder agrees to grant all entities (including but not limited to Performance Motorsports Management, Inc., dba The Ridge Motorsports Park, The Ridge Motorsport Group Krave Group, LLC, d/b/a MotoAmerica, 1452133 B.C. LTD, Cameron Whitcomb, TRISTAR PRODUCTION GROUP, Clear Creek Productions LLC, Walker Montgomery, CREATIVE ARTISTS AGENCY LLC, SPARKY SKY TOURING LLC, Avery Anna, PRODUCER, COMPANY, individual performing members of Artist, Artists, and their respective Agents, contractors, employees, licensees, designees, managers, accountants, attorneys, representatives, principals, officers, directors) and its respective assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the irrevocable permission to use his or her image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms of media now known or hereafter created, for all purposes, including any live or recorded video display, broadcast or other transmission, reproduction or depiction, or any other commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright, or any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein. The Ridge Motorsports Park owns the rights to all images, sounds, information and data from this event. Holder shall not sell, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, recorded transmission, video recording or other reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. By tendering this ticket and by seeking entry into the event area, you hereby consent to any searches of you or your property and waive any right to claims that you might have against the Releasees. Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of all the above terms.

General Terms and Conditions Applying to Ticket Holders
Failure to follow the stated policies below or any verbal instructions given by event staff will result in ejection from property.

Alcohol: Alcohol will be served at designated areas inside the event. Outside alcohol is prohibited. The Ridge Motorsports Park reserves the right to check any persons ID to verify legal drinking age.

Animal Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited from attending this event and will not be let onto the property. Only registered service animals (trained to perform a designated task(s) for a person with a disability) are allowed to attend this event so long as they remain on a leash at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and disposing of any waste they produce.

Bag Check: Clear bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" or Non-clear bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" (small clutches/fanny packs/etc.) are allowed inside the event. Security must be able to see inside your bag to identify items. Items may not be used to obscure view of bags’ contents. Exceptions may be made for medically necessary items or single compartment diaper bags (child must be present). All bags are subject to search upon entry to prevent prohibited items from entering.

Camera policy: Personal photography and video are permitted, provided the recordings are for personal use only.

Children’s Ticket: All children, regardless of age, do require an event ticket. Children under the age of 18 are to be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

Code of Conduct: The Ridge Motorsports Park reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct The Ridge Motorsports Park deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming, or those threatening the safety of performers, staff, and/or other guests.

Door Times: Doors shall open to the event approximately 45 minutes prior to the start of the show.

Food & Beverage: External food and beverage is prohibited inside the event, with the exception of un-opened, store bought water bottles. Food and beverage is available for purchase inside the event.

Parking: Onsite parking is available at an additional charge. Parking is based on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking may be congested prior to 5pm as previous events at the venue conclude.

Prohibited Items: The following items are prohibited from Ridge Motorsports Park. Guests found with these items will be asked to leave the facility immediately. Failure to comply with instructions given by Ridge staff will result in Ridge staff contacting local authorities.
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives, and/or pepper spray
- Drugs of any kind, including marijuana
- Drones or any other arial recording device

Personal Property: Ridge Motorsports Park assumes no responsibility for damage, theft, and loss of personal property. Please respect the property of others.

Refunds: All ticket sales are final, no refund or exchanges.

Reentry: Exit and re-entry to this event is not permitted

Seat Policy: Ticket Holders with a PIT Ticket are not allowed to bring in chairs as this area is Standing Room Only. Ticket Holders with GA or Premium GA ticket are allowed to bring in folding lawn chairs no larger than 38”X18’X20”.

Standing Policy: Guests are encouraged to stand and dance/cheer on the artist during the event however we ask that you remain courteous to everyone and do not block the view of guests behind you. Standing on chairs is not permitted.

Ticketing & Box Office: Tickets purchased online will be sent to the purchaser via email. QR codes on these tickets will be scanned at event entry. Additional fees and charges will apply to online orders. Tickets may be purchased onsite prior to the event. This event does not have a will call.
